80% Baron, Brooklawn, Bonaire Kentucky Bluegrasses. 20% Manhattan 5 GLR, Paragon GLR, Protégé GLR Perenial Ryegrasses. This mix has low end elite bluegrasses. They are medium to dark color, are not considered low height of cut bluegrasses, would tolerate 1 to 2 inch cut, they have medium-low growth, medium blade texture and produce medium to good quality turf. Moderatley susceptible to leaf diseases. The ryegrass has a dark green color, fine leaf texture, some wear tolerance and Gray Leaf Spot Resistant.
